That step would state the preliminary lift and enter F1. It would not by itself enter F2–F4, and it would not admit the quantum coefficient (eq:admission). If the actual target has a finite normal-jet structure along a finite puncture, Theorems thm:jetchar–thm:dimension apply; whether it does is not known from the record.
