Back to manuscript

We distinguish:

  • Imported input: a formula or theorem reported in supplied predecessor material;

  • Proved consequence: a deduction whose proof appears in this manuscript;

  • Reported later result: a result stated in a supplied later XVI sheet, not silently imported into an earlier source calculation;

  • Open obligation: a missing construction, estimate, or identification.

A citation to a predecessor label does not transfer every theorem of that manuscript.
