No BV, BRST, Ward-identity, or all-orders renormalization result is transferred to XVI-L. The locally covariant BV framework and the EFT reading of gravity are background orientation only; neither is a premise of any statement below, and neither promotes one graph coefficient to a theory. No statement of XVI-K about the $C_2$ sector is upgraded by XVI-L: XVI-K's release stays exactly as stated there.
