Lemma: Reported computation for the time-only classification

wpC/time_only_helmholtz.py exits with status $0$ ($98$ checks; total runtime about $155$\,s on the box). Kernels are computed exactly over $\mathbb{Q}$ in each of the $40$$(D,\text{reflection parity})$ blocks, for ${\mathcal{C}}_{\mathrm{coh}}$, ${\mathcal{C}}_{\mathrm{reg}}$ and ${\mathcal{C}}_{\mathrm{K}}$. The grading is checked: every key has total derivative count $D$ and the block parity, so the blocks have disjoint rows. Rows independent mod $p=2^{61}-1$ are selected, their exact nullspace is computed, and every kernel vector is verified exactly against all rows and re-verified by route 2. Completeness: the rank mod $p$ of the selected integer rows equals $n-\#\ker$, which gives ${\mathrm{rank}}_{\mathbb{Q}}\ge n-\#\ker$; the verified independent kernel vectors give the reverse inequality. Ranks mod $10^9+7$ and $998244353$ of all rows agree in every block; they are supplementary only. $\ker {\mathrm{Collapse}}_t\subseteq \ker H_t$ is checked, and $\dim {\mathrm{Collapse}}_t(\ker H_t)$ is certified as a mod-$p$ lower bound meeting the upper bound $\dim \ker H_t-\dim \ker {\mathrm{Collapse}}_t$. Archives: time_only_collapse_certificates.json, time_only_sa_certificates.json, time_only_matching_certificates.json, time_only_summary.json, time_only_specialization_tests.txt, time_only_helmholtz_out.txt (all in wpC/); their status strings “CONDITIONAL on (S-bv)” predate Theorem thm:wpA-Sbv and are superseded by it.
