  1. Curvature-square divergence (bug). Old: covariance_constraints.py computed , inserting a metric sign into the divergence of an upper-index Euler tensor, and recorded “does not vanish” through a check that always passed[1] (require(True,)). The Euler tensor itself (jet_euler.euler, factor ) and the off-diagonal multiplicities were correct. Fix: with no metric factor; hard assertions for , and the combination in all readings; independent metric-based construction; targets and preimages checked. The matched coefficient is unchanged (the matching code never used the divergence routine).

  2. Intersection dimensions (bug). Old: grade-restricted SA projections intersected with , and a truncating modular reduction; reported . Fix: exact kernel of the adjoint-defect map on , four objects per reading (Proposition prop:M7-inter); legacy reconstruction archived.

  3. Stage 2 fixed data (overstatement). Old: criterion without the adjoint-defect map; transition bound unsupported. Fix: criteria (i)–(iii), time-only caveat, universal-versus-actual separation, domain-size bound (Section sec:m4-fixed).

  4. Contact representation (bug). Old: identified with “by the same formula”, giving the wrong boost action; “homogeneous cokernel codimension” was a misnomer. Fix: explicit intertwiner, exact boost verification (Proposition prop:M7-boost), corrected equivariant vectors; rank/codimension and cokernel (with codomain) reported separately.

  5. M.6 scope (overstatement). renamed the anomaly component; the M-C sentence is replaced (Section sec:m6).

  6. Status. M.7 downgraded to “Constructed after audit” for exactly verified items; the former “ALL CHECKS PASSED” covering wrong expected identities is replaced by assertions of the corrected identities in covariance_constraints.py and regression_M.py.
