XVI-M@1#rem:wpB-topfull
The split between the cutoff-independent top component and the cutoff-dependent lower-degree components matches the residue left open by XVI-L, thm:L6: “No explicit nonzero scaling residue (anomaly form) is claimed (Remark rem:Lressretch)”, where rem:Lressretch notes that “a nonzero homogeneous distribution of degree may still have vanishing spherical average against the radial derivative of ”. The value (Theorem thm:M6-S2) discharges only the top contact (the nonvanishing spherical average at ); the lower-degree, -dependent contacts at are not discharged.
