Computational artifacts

Exit status $0$ together with ALL CHECKS PASSED means every check passed. XVI-L and XVI-K artifacts are not modified; regression_M.py verifies their SHA-256. regression_M.py reruns the wpA script and compares its output byte for byte, checks the archived wpB/wpC results and recomputes the key ones independently; setting XVIM_FULL_WP =1 also reruns the wpB and wpC scripts in a scratch copy and compares outputs, ignoring timing lines. Historical output strings. Outputs and certificates from earlier cycles (M.2–M.7, and the wp scripts written before integration) carry status strings such as “CONDITIONAL on (S-bv)”, “Gate S-bv not discharged” or “M-C unfinished”. They are reproduced verbatim below as records of those runs and are superseded by this revision (Theorem thm:wpA-Sbv, Corollary cor:wpB-MC); the numbers they certify are unchanged. In regression_M.py, checks are labelled [current status] (assertions about the present manuscript and ledger) or [historical record] (checks that an archived output still carries its historical status string).
