Fixed scalar extension

One analytic finite-part scheme is frozen:

Frozen data: $\eta =\mathrm{diag}(+---)$; the boundary value $Q-i0$; the principal logarithm; $\mu >0$ as an inverse length; the finite part as the Laurent constant term; and no additional finite contact $c\delta$. The proof identifier is lem:analytic_FP_u_mu_R_o70. It is the same finite-part prescription as the o68 and o69 identifiers, with the constructive holomorphy argument added. It is not momentum-space minimal subtraction, and it is not XVI-J's value-jet extension of $d(z{)}^2$.
