Ultraviolet subtraction and finite symmetry repair are kept separate. Acceptance of the kernel counterterm is exactly the conjunction of the fixed extension, the identity on $U$ , the active $W_{w}$ reference, and the moment formulae for $L$ . That acceptance is not bulk restoration and not a completion of $F_{t}$ . H2, I3, and J2 remain unresolved. XV-B is not opened.
