Remark: Different report interfaces have different metrics

Distinct exact symbolic words are orthogonal outputs and have half-diamond distance one on a distinguishing task. The formulas above do not describe that symbolic metric. Splitting a complex coefficient into separate real and imaginary binary tasks gives the maximum component discrepancy on the expanded dictionary, not automatically the complex modulus.
