Cheung's Enter calculus treats runtime quantum names as access rights to factors of a global state. Destructive computational-basis readout consumes the measured names from the returned quantum interface and supplies a classical record. Its measurement characterization is restricted to a declared strategy class, not an unrestricted derivation of continuum field measurements CheungEnter,CheungI.

The introductory essay The Philosophy of Enter distinguishes readout from recovery, a classical record from a quantum-return decoder, a channel from a thermodynamic machine, and an analogy from an identification CheungPhilosophy. These distinctions organize interpretation; they are not additional premises of the mathematical proofs here. Consumption of a name does not assert annihilation of every physical carrier used by an implementation.

I-B installs finite clocks, registers, calibration, controls, and resources on a prescribed conical spacetime CheungIB. En03-A separately declares geometry, locations, accessible algebras, and control/resource interfaces CheungEn03. We retain this shape but prove the needed finite instrument identities directly. Standard quantum instruments and completely bounded trace norms provide the general setting DaviesLewis,Watrous.

A numerical loop coefficient is not automatically a probability or a measurable field effect. The finite report channels below are explicitly constructed encodings of supplied numbers, not field-acquisition channels.
