Abstract

Revision p23 records the O.1 requirement copied from the XVI-O ledger and checks one-loop power counting on the frozen inventory. The enlarge rule is not triggered: there is no one-loop three-point sector at ${\kappa }^2$. The P.6 entry is an inventory of fifteen one-loop ${\kappa }^3$ three-point graphs. That inventory is not evaluated. The P.5 calculation is renormalized at one loop and at ${\kappa }^2$ for the two-point functions with QdS external legs. QdS is an external-leg scheme, not a de Sitter state. Bulk symmetry is not claimed. O.1 stays NOT_CLOSED, because O.2 and the bulk identity are outside XVI-P. The inherited insertion stays frozen by XVI-N. Route B is not discharged. XVI-P does not update XVI-O: the classical ${\kappa }^2$ master there stays Partial, and symmetry_restored stays false. The appendix, the certificates, and the archived scripts are package evidence, not a series certificate. No quantum coefficient of the inherited characteristic graph is admitted. No compilation is asserted.
