Scope.
Small release (p21): absolute D11 pin · lines 256–260
.{p21 is a small release from p20 with no scope expansion. It follows the findings of the p20
independent rebuild (PASS; report sha256 e8f358f9, bound to tree 2c0aa153{} and zip ca32ce01; same
box, not a second machine). No contract revision; the p15–p19 layers are as in p20; the disclosed p21 revisions of
the p20 layer are d11_pin.py and release_p20.py. bulk_symmetry_restored is false regardless.
