Exactly degree four is an explicit normalization condition N4: no and no contact. N4 is not implied by “no other scale”, since is a scale. Under N4 the space is the 5-dimensional order-4 span, equal to the sector of the counterterm domain. XVI-O's contact ansatz is a candidate list (NOT_proved_spanning) with three named order-4 entries, one of them the collective L4_mixed; its lower-order entries are excluded by N4. P's list is the explicit one.

M4, finite adjustments. Under M2 and N4, these are booked only as P-side counterterms in the sector (without N4 the order-0/2 contacts would have to be added there). is not modified (no ), so the scalar-extension prescription analytic_FP_u_mu_R_o70 is preserved.

M5, residue. is an XVI-O-side statement, valid only after the constructive holomorphy of (lem:analytic_FP_u_mu_R_o70). P's pole is P-side, and no pole–residue identification is asserted.

M6/M7. The XVI-O o70 files are byte-pinned. XVI-O's kernel Ward identity is not functional ST4b, and the projected identity (XVI-N lem:field-only) is distinct from bulk restoration.

Hence D11_matching_defined=true and D11_matching_verified=false.
