Reproducibility contract (p14r)

• author_rebuild_passed is bound to the p14r source tree (reproducibility/author_rebuild_report_p14r.json).

• The p14r independent_rebuild_passed is pending.

• The p13 independent result is recorded separately and bound to the p13 tree; this is the same-box caveat above.

• The source-only archive is XVI-P-p14r-source-only.zip, with reference values in reproducibility/reference_values_p14r.json and entrypoint python3 tools/rebuild_from_source.py.

• The p13 source-only zip, its reference values and the independent report are archived unchanged in archival/p13/. The p14 release (zip, reference values, author report) is archived in archival/p14/.

No loop is evaluated, no one-loop coefficient is fixed, and no symmetry is restored. P.5 entry fixes a contract: an action, a prescription, a matching definition, a counterterm domain and integrands. P.5 calculation and P.5 identity are open. The prepared $S_D$ keeps $(S_D,S_D)\ne 0$ (XVI-N prop:broken-square), and no completion contradicting XVI-N thm:massless-obstruction is claimed. En01, Em01, Em02-B/D, En02, VII-E and VIII-B are not premises.
