Quartic generator: deterministic acceptance

(one convention throughout). $V_4[h_1,h_2,h_3,h_4]:=[t_1{t}_2{t}_3{t}_4]{\ell }_4({\sum }_i{t}_i{h}_i)=D^4{\ell }_4(0)[h_1,h_2,h_3,h_4]$, the unnormalised fourth variation; the normalised symmetric form would be $V_4/4!$ and is not used. Where the factors enter D02: $1/4!$ appears only in ${\ell }_4(h)=\frac{1}{4!}{V}_4[h,h,h,h]$ and is cancelled by the $4!$ assignments of fields to legs; the vertex rule is $i{\kappa }^2{V}_4[h_1,..,h_4]$ ($i$ from $e^{iS}$, ${\kappa }^2$ from $S=\sum {\kappa }^{k-2}\int {\ell }_k$); the symmetry factor $\frac{1}{2}$ (two legs contracted) enters only at graph level.
