Builder/output: release_p14.py (classical_block: verbatim fork of the p13 release.py, which is frozen and no longer run), RELEASE_STATUS.json (key classical), P14_release.json, P14_closure_release.json.

release_claim_accepted := execution_pass readiness (every deterministic prerequisite: C1–C7, quartic mutations rejected, deterministic grav Noether in the master, generic- Hessian, full canonicity, enumeration lemma) hash consistency ( export file = quartic certificate = master input). The closure artifacts are published only if release_claim_accepted and readiness both hold. Otherwise the release deletes any stale closure artifact, writes P14_release_rejected.json and exits nonzero, and the build stops before any PDF, zip or sync. End-to-end mutation tests (tests/test_p14.py, each in an isolated copy of the package) run mutation stage residual or failed prerequisite flag false readiness false publication rejected. They cover a flipped odd-derivative sign, a corrupted coefficient in the export file, a dropped row, an altered gauge shift, an omitted term, and a stale hash (the recorded hash is actually mutated).

o70-sync. Four mathematical prerequisites Constructed: fixed (analytic-family residue , proof lem:analytic_FP_u_mu_R_o70); global with derived (, ), all 256 components symbolic; jet-pullback as the only active reference (W_w_jet_pullback_via_Pi_tr_o68); contact moments for with kernel_two_point_Ward (not functional ST4b). Kernel counterterm earned under prescription after prerequisites pass. UV subtraction vs finite repair kept separate. Corpus (trace reversal) not reused for . Bulk symmetry_restored=false; O.1 NOT_CLOSED. (prefactor retained). not evaluated (minimal release).
