The independent rebuild of p14r passed: 143/143 values equal and 60 tests. It is bound to the p14r tree
a64c0ae3 and zip 19e8bf59. It ran on the same box, in a fresh directory and venv, and was
not run on a second machine. It is not inherited by p15, whose own independent flag is pending.
