Status and Q02 plan

After Q01: O.2 Constructed; O.4 inventory (with E1); O.5 bulk open; O.6/O.7 bulk open; enlarge rule not triggered at ${\kappa }^2$. Hence O.1 is NOT_CLOSED. Q02 will:

1. evaluate the bulk O.5 graphs D04, D05a and D06 (full $c\bar{c}$ two-point), and settle D12 (Missing, never zero);

2. state and verify the bulk retained identity ST4a/ST4b on the full two-point sector;

3. solve for the bulk counterterms and attempt O.1.
