Q02 scope and outcome

Q02 evaluates the bulk O.5 graphs D04, D05a and D06, reconciles D12, states XVI-O's ST4a/ST4b on the full one-loop ${\kappa }^2$ bulk two-point sector of $S_{\mathrm{inv}}$ ($m=0$), solves the bulk counterterms, checks full ${\sigma }_0$ closure, and walks the O.1 checklist. XVI-O, XVI-N and XVI-P are read-only and hash-pinned. The prescription is XVI-P's declared one: DRED with QdS loop momenta and Q4S vertex indices; $d$ opaque behind the XVI-Q guard; MS-bar; Feynman $+i0$; the p22 evanescent counterterms. Normalisation: $i{\Gamma }_1=\sum$ graphs. Coefficients are given per ${\kappa }^2$, in units of $M_B=\hat{I}(1,1)=1/ϵ+2-L+O(ϵ)$, with $L=\log (-p^2/{\mu }^2-i0)$.
