Correction 2: prescription; XVI-O closure reason 8 (medium)

The closure uses XVI-P's prescription, not XVI-O's. XVI-O's o70-sync D11 matter-loop kernel counterterm (closure reason 8) is superseded on evanescent legs: both XVI-O kernel continuations fail there (p22). Reason 8 is therefore recorded as NOT ANSWERED in XVI-O's terms; reasons 1–7 are answered as in Q02, and reason 7 now names the enlarged domain.
