We complete an exact finite-model version of the proposed reconstruction problem. The model is a finite-matrix massless-scalar benchmark on an assumed global anti-de Sitter background in two dimensions. The boundary region is a fixed interval on the actual right conformal boundary, not a collar, a scheduled dependency region, or a packet support. The named bulk observable is a bounded sine effect at the central bulk point. An explicit boundary smearing reconstructs its underlying finite-matrix field, and functional calculus supplies a boundary representative of the effect. A declared completely positive trace-preserving binary readout channel then reproduces the bulk measurement channel exactly, including arbitrary reference systems.
This is a new, independently specified benchmark. It is not an identification with a VII-A relational scalar, a V represented response, or an Em03 Schwarzschild packet observable. No connecting map for those inherited candidates is supplied by the available excerpts, and none is asserted here. This change of model is explicit.
We also prove a conditional perturbation budget, evaluate one analytical diagnostic, show that the resulting binary record does not recover a noncommuting observable, and exhibit nonidentifiability of the background radius from the declared dimensionless boundary data. The finite cutoff makes every nonempty boundary time interval algebraically complete; consequently the result is not an entanglement-wedge theorem. It derives neither a metric, a causal structure, nor Einstein dynamics. No numerical execution, compilation, machine verification, or registration is asserted.
