XVIII-A is a sibling, not a parent

XVIII-A version 2 states interface obligations without evaluating the inherited gravitational coefficient. XVIII-B evaluates one narrower coefficient from its own printed free-field data. Neither is a proof premise of the other.

A successor of the original relational target still needs the full kernel, characteristic operation, complete inventory, normalization, representation, and matching obligations set out in the sibling contract. Equation (eq:finalPi) can be a regression check only after a comparison map has been proved to preserve the insertion, source normalization, quantum order, state, and contact prescription. Shared spin-projector notation does not supply that map.
