Field and state normalization

The spectral normalization is derived here from the printed field convention and the identical-particle factor. For comparison, the same spin decomposition and massive-scalar spectral functions appear in the external linear-response calculation of Anderson, Molina-París, and Mottola AMP (Appendix B). No semiclassical metric equation or stability theorem from that work is used here.
