A submission-ready boundary artifact must distinguish what its proofs establish from what its programme intends.
XX-A fixes one original-rod lapse variant, derives every classical term through second order, proves its coupled classical identity, and supplies detecting and analytic checks that prevent silent replacement of that target. It also specifies the exact conditions under which a later quantum coefficient could be admitted.
The remaining quantum work is not a corollary of that classical construction. It begins with the actual coupled realization and contraction data, continues through the nonlocal insertion and its counterterm images, and ends with an evaluated complete breaking and an admissible cancellation.
Only after those constructions would Track A have its stated quantum milestone. Even that milestone would remain a result inside a fixed-background, external-time setting.
