A two-point distribution can be pulled back by a fixed diffeomorphism in both slots. This is an ordinary distributional pullback and preserves the transformed wavefront relation.
A field-dependent quantum coordinate substitution is not that operation. Its expansion includes products of fields and coordinate corrections. No such product admission is supplied by Proposition prop:pullback.
