A successor must provide:

  1. a specific covariance representative, or specific distributional Cauchy covariance data determining it;

  2. a constructed physical algebra and proof of quotient descent and positivity on that algebra, or a precisely stated nonpositive alternative;

  3. infrared estimates proving the needed native one-rod compositions on a stated noncompact test domain;

  4. a separate admissible treatment of two-sided rod covariances allowing the canonical inverse-distance component, if those covariances are needed;

  5. either an exact subsidiary correction satisfying the state and tail restrictions or an explicit retained-defect interpretation;

  6. the additional product and extension arguments required for the nonlinear lapse.

The last item belongs to Q3. It is not supplied by the local free subtraction theorem.
