A genuine Q3 completion must supply:

  1. a specific normalized native covariance representative;

  2. proved infrared bounds for the internal rod contraction and external compact-probe contractions, or another explicitly constructed noncompact integration domain;

  3. a domain for products with two noncompact rod legs, if those products are part of the claimed insertion algebra;

  4. a complete compatible normalization prescription, including any contact images under Newton composition;

  5. a separately constructed second-jet quantum response if are not merely prescribed classical jets.

Higher products, interacting graphs, retained-order gauge identities, and regulator-removal bounds need additional gates. Their absence is not a theorem excluding every future extension.
