Candidate A: process-matrix signalling data

Acyclicity of a particular signalling graph, when it holds, still does not by itself prove a complete circuit realization or every condition in $\mathsf{S}$. The En08-A obstruction applies to a proposed construction that uses only that scheduler package, or to an appropriately identified realization of its countermodels. It is not a universal theorem about every process matrix possessing an acyclic graph.
