This note specifies an operational approximation layer that could be attached to a successful Lorentz-cone extraction. Extraction alone does not supply the required transport resources, quantum endpoint access, composition law, or calibration. For the unchanged carrier of XXII-C, every component has a finite future; consequently the entire null boundary cannot be approximated by comparable event differences from one fixed component. A separate example exhibits a faithful generated Lorentz representation of a classical signalling order without reference-preserving quantum transmission through its designated channel. These results identify substantive missing interfaces, rather than merely missing estimates. Conditional on a compatible transport realization, we prove complete-channel telescoping, an endpoint certificate, an arrival-window bound, and model-dependent locality and resource lower bounds. Boundary attainment, finite-stencil coverage, moving arrival events, and noise accumulation receive explicit failure witnesses. No successful extraction or transport realization on the frozen process family is constructed, and no metric calibration or invariant physical speed is derived.
