A family of terminal channels and endpoint comparisons need not define compatible channels at all intermediate times. Any evolution-limit claim must provide its own encoders, decoders, complete interfaces, and statement such as

together with its composition and continuity hypotheses.

XIX-C's two-refinement and interpolation witnesses show the missing information in an inference from one coarse channel or finite samples CheungXIXC (prop:two-limits, prop:interpolation, def:limit). They do not exclude uniqueness after appropriate additional data. Naming a consistency condition is not its construction or a uniqueness proof.
