Telescoping on actual compatible interfaces

The same argument is printed in En08-B CheungEn08B (lem:telescoping). Here it applies only after the realization contract supplies actual compatible channels. Memory, classical control histories, and retained residuals must be present in the step interfaces; an unmodelled correlated memory is not an independent fresh error term.
