This certificate concerns the full declared output because all its Choi coefficients are covered. Three Bell correlations on the logical output alone do not certify arbitrary retained residuals.

The statistical conclusion is joint frequentist coverage, not a posterior probability conditional on acceptance. It covers only the finite tested tasks. Extending it to an infinite target family requires a separate coverage or uniformity theorem.

The certificate does not prove the sampling, CPTP, access, calibration, or transfer assumptions. It does not decide exact zero signalling or certify homogeneity and strict convexity of an infinite generated event cone.
