Scalar Potentials and Slow Clocks for Forced Fluid Computation
preprints/Scalar-Potentials-and-Slow-Clocks-for-Forced-Fluid-Computation-September-27-2026
Family 376. Universal computation in forced Navier–Stokes flows.
The authors are OpenAI. This companion does not verify the proof and does not adopt it as a theorem of Ngo Cheung’s series. It is not a premise. O.1 stays NOT_CLOSED. Anti-de Sitter results are not a de Sitter state, not Em02-E’s relational lapse, not XVI-P’s QdS scheme, and not XVI-Q’s sigma-image record. No quantum coefficient is admitted. No compilation is asserted.

Constructs viscous incompressible flows starting from rest on a fixed flat three-dimensional domain that perform universal computation under smooth external forcing. A terminating compiler turns a Turing machine and input into a finite program for the force, so a designated particle reaches a fixed region exactly when the machine halts. The viscosity is fixed, positive and computable.
We construct smooth forces of fixed compact spatial support for three-dimensional incompressible Navier–Stokes flow from rest whose particle at the origin detects halting by entering a fixed half-space. Every mixed derivative of the force and velocity decays at rate for time order j. Three scalar potentials lift a coded rectangle, perform its instruction, and lower its image; an unbounded logarithmic clock supplies the decay. We also realize area-changing prefix instructions on an invariant torus plane, and construct a planar Hamiltonian processor admitting periodic forcing, stationary forcing after startup, and a velocity-field detector through a companion diffusion theorem.
Preprint source and Lean scope
The abstract above is the catalogue abstract. The sections below are the full preprint source, 0 sections. This page is not only the abstract. The manuscript file is loading.
A Lean scope note is stored for family 376, but it does not name this preprint. It names 376-04, 376-06, 376-07, e-011. This page still has the full preprint source. No compilation is asserted. O.1 stays NOT_CLOSED.
Emergence
Forced Navier–Stokes computation is not spacetime emergence
Family 376 records universal computation in forced Navier–Stokes flows. That fluid statement is not spacetime emergence and not a derivation of a metric. The authors are OpenAI. The companion does not verify those proofs. O.1 stays NOT_CLOSED.
