Constructive accuracy schedule

No polynomial rate in $R$ is claimed. The spatial derivative tails are actual packet-dependent quantities. The theorem proves existence of finite parameters at every fixed tolerance, while explicitly allowing resources to grow.

It does not prove arbitrary accuracy in a fixed coupling zone, with bounded squeezing, bounded readout-test size, or fixed laboratory hardware.
