Remark: Fixed sectors

If preparations are confined to a superselection sector, the appropriate comparison theorem is formulated in that sector's represented ambient algebra and its represented regional subalgebras. The sector unit replaces the original unit. The output channel must preserve the stated sector interface. A full-algebra conclusion cannot be recovered from untested sectors.
