En08-B@1#def:influence
For a fixed circuit and fixed auxiliary preparation, the payload influences the destination at tick if its logical channel is not a replacement channel. Equivalently, some two payload states produce different unconditioned destination states. The circuit, auxiliary preparation, and output interface are held fixed under this intervention.
