A target-dependent route may be selected before injection. The target and route are classical task data, not payload data. Preinstalled command lists do not receive the payload or measurement results during execution.

Every channel is unconditional and trace preserving. No successful branch, normalized postselection, instantaneous external feedback, or uncounted measurement-record wire is admitted. A more general adaptive model would have to place every quantum and classical control wire inside a separately specified local interface.

Only tick-boundary input and output access is defined. No continuous-time Hamiltonian implementation or within-tick access theorem is claimed.
