Complete preservation, exact correction, and no-hiding
Complete preservation, exact correction, and no-hiding · lines 495–506
If preparation is mixed, a fixed purification is included in the complete ancillary state. If preparation depends on the diary, the code-to-prepared-state map must itself be specified; it is not covered by a fixed-ancilla assumption.
The restore map is a complete-access inverse. Its existence does
not imply an efficient inverse or a radiation-only inverse.
It is the same global structure used in
CheungHawk04A (thm:global).
