Every nonincreasing sequence $1 = q_{0} \geq q_{1} \geq \dots \geq q_{N} \geq 0$ is realized by the pulses above. Thus a sharp leakage decrease near a chosen step is a realizable design choice, not a derived Page-time law.

Proof. When $q_{j - 1} > 0$ , take $cos^{2} θ_{j} = q_{j} / q_{j - 1}$ . After $q_{j} = 0$ , later pulses can be trivial.
