Scope

This is a classical quotient paper. It proves no physical Hilbert-space correspondence, measurement instrument, quantum record, Born theorem, contact-span separation, or interacting quantum coefficient. It does not solve the next matter-sourced gravitational reduction, construct a compact gravitational apparatus, or establish an asymptotic scattering theory.
