Three separations

A fresh allocation after readout is a new quantum name, not return of a consumed name. The record-only clock channel is entanglement breaking on the clock input. The complete map on $C\otimes X$ need not be entanglement breaking, because the retained $X$ can preserve entanglement with a reference.
