This statement concerns the full unknown quantum input. It does not prevent exact transport of the unmeasured payload in Proposition prop:table, and it does not prevent reversible processing of supplied classical catalogue labels.

-blind control. An installed controller is spectator blind when its chosen table, programme, route, and resource guards depend only on declared classical inputs and named accessible reductions. Equal such complete inputs then select equal classical outputs. Adjoining an inaccessible spectator with unchanged named reductions does not alter the selected programme. This is equality under a specified factorization; it is not a new source-acquisition law or an assertion about unknown continuum fields.
