Fix any actual pair of sectors and their Connes fusion, or any declared fusion entry of a record. These data alone do not determine the full-code recovery error of an independently appended finite channel.

Proof. Hold all categorical data fixed and append the two completions of Proposition prop:goodbad. The fusion object and tensorators are unchanged, while recovery errors differ. Therefore the error does not factor through the fixed categorical data under Definition def:determination.
