Proposition prop:nonintegrable is not a calculation of a deficiency index for one of our conformal charges. Proposition prop:flow does not exclude a conformal action on a compactification or its cover. The examples show why local Ward actions alone do not prove the additional global conclusion. They reproduce the logical refusals described for Oai282-A, not a claim that the standard free scalar lacks global conformal constructions.
