This is a within-model dependency statement, not a biological causal theorem. A pseudorandom seed is an implementation device, not a proof of mathematical independence. The intended stochastic law and the software realization must both be reported.

Cheung's VII-J distinguishes scheduled support from actual influence and physical causal containment CheungVIIJ. For a finite tensor-factor endpoint channel, no influence from all local trace-preserving interventions on is equivalent to factorization

The criterion follows by comparing identity with replacement of by its maximally mixed state. It does not follow from a program arrow alone.

The quantum node basis is not itself a tensor decomposition into spatial subsystems. Graph connectivity does not supply a relativistic causal cone. A physical locality claim requires a separate embedding and appropriate support or propagation theorem.
