Clipped diagnostics and severity

Feedback-aware threshold and severity certification › Clipped diagnostics and severity · lines 1339–1353

Define a protection-aware clean diagnostic using the actual $(ξ, β, σ) = (0, 0, 0)$ hidden states:

H_{t} (x) = \frac{1}{3} ℓ = 1 \sum^{3} \frac{\norm h _{ℓ} ^{0} ( x ) _{1}}{n _{ℓ}} .

For $p = 0$ , it agrees with (eq:srcactivation). For declared $K > 0$ , use

H_{t, K} (x) = min {H_{t} (x), K}, μ_{t, K} = E [H_{t, K} (X) ∣ H_{t}] .
