Suppose a finite quantum processor starts in a state independent of the assessment rule and receives only the point sequence and rule-independent randomness. Let every admitted channel and instrument choice depend only on those inputs and previous accessible records, not on hidden rule-dependent feedback. Its predictions obey the same uncued accuracy bound .

Proof. Conditional on the point sequence, all initial states, update maps, and outcome laws are independent of the rule. Induction through the complete instrument sequence preserves that independence. Its final prediction is therefore another randomized decision rule covered by Theorem thm:observability.
