This is not a quantum advantage obstruction for every task. It says that changing the carrier does not add the missing observation channel.
Complete sequential probabilities require instruments, and equal complete record laws cannot be distinguished by a test, as in Psy02-A and Psy02-B CheungPsy02A,CheungPsy02B,Watrous. An expectation-valued feature is not automatically a noiseless record available from one unknown state.
