A complete identity transmission or SWAP between distinct spacelike ports cannot be an admitted zero-duration remote operation in the causal contract.

Proof. Changing a sender input between two orthogonal states changes the receiver output under identity transmission or SWAP. There is operational influence. The causal contract requires a future-causal dependency for that influence, whereas distinct simultaneous spatial ports are spacelike.
